Racial Discrimination

The Civil Rights Act of 1964 makes it illegal to discriminate on the basis of race. Racial discrimination is illegal in housing, public accommodations, and in almost every other context. Perhaps the most important context is employment. Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 prohibits discrimination in employment by requiring that all individuals, regardless of race, creed, color, gender or national origin be afforded equal opportunity for employment.

If you have been discriminated against because of your race, please fill out our Free Case Evaluation Form.
